**By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:💗GENERAL DISCLAIMERS-I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.-Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.-The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.💵✋PAYMENT & FEES-Payment is due in full upfront for orders under $100, for anything $100 and OVER a payment plan can be discussed. Work will NOT start until I have received the full amount, however.-Payment is done via Ko-Fi, through PayPal using USD.-If you need a piece quick a rush fee will be added to the price.-Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below).-The prices for the fees described above will be depend on the complexity of the commission.-For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me from for 100% of the original price + the base price. (Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.)
⚬Commercial use describes any activity in which you use a product or service for financial gain. Ex. merchandise; books; advertisements; apps; etc.🤝CLIENT OBLIGATIONS-Be clear while describing what you want in your commission request.-Provide at least one clear reference image of who/what you want drawn. If you have a mood board you're welcome to include that with your reference (s), but it will not count as a clear reference on its own.
⚬For character design a very detailed description and a mood board will work fine-Be professional throughout the commission process.-Respond in a timely fashion.-If any information that was not initially given at the beginning of the commission, or during revisions, assume responsibility for the missing or incomplete information that may result in a not completely satisfactory outcome.-Understand that commercial rights cannot be purchased/requested for commissions with characters from existing IPs (Sailor Moon, Pokemon, ect.)-Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.➡️➡️ PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULESketch -> Line Art -> Flats (-> Render, if requested)-I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept one complete revision at the sketch stage.-Communication will be done through email! Please make sure your email is provided in your request. If email is not possible please let me know and we can discuss an alternative.-In-progress images will initially be sent as low-res, watermarked images.-Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.-I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner. However, please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. If this occurs I will contact you as soon as I can to inform you and give you an estimate of when work will resume.-Understand that you will receive your art within 3 weeks (1 month) - 9 weeks (3 months) depending on complexity and if no rush is requested/purchased. Art MAY be delivered before this, but do not EXPECT it to be delivered early.-I will update progress on my trello as I make my way through my work. Please refer there for general updates. For anything specific please feel free to reach out via email!✖️🖊REVISIONS-The client will be allowed up to 3 revisions at each stage of the process (sketch, lines, flats, and rendering (if applicable). Major revisions after the sketch stage may incur an additional fee depending on complexity.-Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees.-More than two major revisions during the sketch phase will incur additional fees.-It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions. Some examples, for reference:
⚬ MINOR CHANGES: Changing hair elements / small details / eye/mouth positioning colors / etc.
⚬ MAJOR CHANGES: Changing the pose / outfit / hairstyle / etc.🧾 COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY-I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.-I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media. The only exception is if it is for a secret project that is not yet public knowledge. This must be discussed before the commission begins.-I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork. This must be discussed before the commission begins.-Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.-The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.-You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.-For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me which will add 100% of the original price on top of the base price. (Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.)
⚬Commercial use describes any activity in which you use a product or service for financial gain. Ex. merchandise; books; advertisements; apps; etc.-You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
⚬Claim the artwork as yours.
⚬Remove my watermark/signature.
⚬Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork.
⚬Go to someone else to "finish" the work (Adding color, rendering, background, ect.)
⚬Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
⚬Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.✖️💸CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS-Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.-You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.-I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. If I am the one to cancel the commission a full refund will be issued and you will not receive any work already done.
**⚬The only instance where I will cancel work and NOT issue a refund is if you cease communication for over a month. If that occurs the commission will be canceled and no refund will be issued. **-You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork at ANY stage.-Client will receive the work at the previously approved stage if a refund is issued per the client's request.-Understand that I will ALWAYS do my best to provide you with quality work while keeping your specific character(s) and requests in mind. No refunds or remakes are available after the final product is delivered, even if you claim you are unsatisfied with the product.✅❌❔ WILLS, WON'TS, MAYBES

⚬Explicit NSFW
⚬Extreme gore (Light wounds/blood are OK)👶ADOPT SPECIFIC RULES (Other rules still apply!)
-Please always credit me as the designer.
- Do not trace or copy the design for personal OR commercial reasons.
-Once you own the design you may change their style however you please.
-Upon full purchase you will receive the artwork without watermarks immediately.
-No refunds after purchase.
-Resale ok, but please check with me before reselling and DO NOT resell for more than it's worth.
⚬ If you are selling with additional artwork or assets the total price for the bundle can be high than the original design price.
-Do not sell design immediately after purchase. I would feel comfortable if you wait at least one month before reselling.
-Gifting or trading the design is ok, but please let me know if you do so.
- The character does not fully belong to you until the payment is complete.
- Do not buy commissions of your adopt or post about it until full payment has been made.
-If failure to make payments or communicate persists, the adopt will be relisted for sale.💰PAYMENT PLANS
-If you would like to do a payment plan for any service (must be $100+ at least) please email me to discuss terms. DO NOT purchase or request on commission platform.
-A 50% down payment will be required for adopts, 25% for commissions, which is non-refundable even if you change your mind. If requesting a commission, work will not start until full payment is completed.
-Payments expected every 2 weeks, amount will be discussed in request emails.
-Do NOT request a payment plan if you believe you will be unable to pay on time.
- Ghosting or failing to complete payment will result in you being blacklisted + blocked from my commissions and adopts.
